    Welcome

What if the answer to the question you've been carrying is already sitting somewhere in the room?

One of the beautiful things about FoundHers is that we don't gather because one person has all the answers.

We gather because every woman carries experiences, lessons and wisdom that can strengthen someone else's journey.

Today's Circle was a reminder that God often grows us through people.

Sometimes the very thing you have walked through is the encouragement another woman has been praying for.

    Session Overview

It's easy to underestimate our own story. We often think our experiences are too ordinary or our lessons too small to matter.

But throughout Scripture we see God using ordinary people, ordinary conversations and ordinary acts of obedience to shape extraordinary lives.

This Circle invited every woman to recognise that she already carries something valuable.

Not because she has all the answers. But because God wastes nothing. Every challenge. Every breakthrough. Every lesson. Every season can become someone else's encouragement.

    Devotional

    God Uses People

When we think about spiritual growth, we often think about books, sermons or courses.

Yet throughout the Bible, God repeatedly chose relationships.

    • Moses had Aaron.
    • Ruth had Naomi.
    • Paul had Timothy.
    • Jesus sent His disciples out in pairs.

God designed us to grow in community.

Who has God used to shape your journey?

    Sarah's Reflection

Sarah shared how, over the years, some of the greatest business lessons she has learned didn't come from conferences or books.

They came from conversations. A simple coffee. A shared mistake. A woman honestly talking about something that didn't work.

Those moments saved years of trial and error. They also reminded her that wisdom grows when it is shared.

One woman may have experience in marketing. Another in leadership. Another in parenting. Another in finances. Another in simply remaining faithful through difficult seasons. Together, those experiences become a powerful gift to everyone in the room.

    Community Challenge

This fortnight, intentionally share one lesson. It could be:

    A conversation over coffee
    A voice message
    A text of encouragement
    A prayer
    A business tip
    An introduction between two women

Don't wait until you feel like an expert. Simply share what God has already taught you.

    Interactive Workbook

These reflection questions come directly from the session workbook and are designed to help you recognise both the wisdom you've received and the wisdom you can share with others.
