    Welcome

    Welcome back to FoundHers Circle.

As women, we often carry many roles. We build businesses, care for families, support others, and try to make the most of every opportunity that comes our way.

But sometimes what begins as opportunity quietly becomes pressure.

Today's Circle was an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember that God isn't asking us to do everything. He's inviting us to faithfully steward what He's placed in our hands in this season.

    Session Overview

One of the biggest challenges for women in business isn't usually a lack of ideas.

It's having too many. Good opportunities. Good people. Good projects. Good commitments.

Eventually, everything feels important, and we slowly become exhausted trying to carry it all.

Today's conversation explored what it means to move from pressure to presence, choosing to be fully present with what God has called us to rather than overwhelmed by everything we could be doing.

    Devotional

    From Pressure to Presence

Sometimes the abundance of opportunity feels more like a burden than a blessing.

    • We say yes because the opportunity is good.
    • We say yes because someone needs us.
    • We say yes because we don't want to disappoint people.

But eventually, all those good yeses begin competing with the very thing God originally asked us to steward.

Colossians reminds us that our work becomes worship when it is offered to Him wholeheartedly.

    Not perfectly. Not endlessly. Wholeheartedly.

Where does productivity feel like pressure right now?

    Sarah's Reflection

    Returning to the First Seed

Sarah shared a personal story about taking time away with her family in the snow.

Away from the constant notifications, meetings and work, she realised something important. She had become so busy helping others that she had unintentionally stopped tending the original business God had entrusted to her.

That quiet weekend became a reminder that sometimes the most productive thing we can do is pause long enough to hear God's direction again.

Sometimes purposeful productivity means pruning good things so we can faithfully nurture the first seed God planted.

    Business Wisdom

    Audit the Overflow

One practical exercise shared during the Circle was called a Yes Audit.

    Rather than asking,

    "What else should I do?"

    Ask,

    "What am I currently carrying?"

Write down every commitment in your life and business. Then reflect on each one.

    CommitmentGives LifeFeels HeavyKeep?

    Ask Yourself

    • Does this align with what God has called me to in this season?
    • Is this producing fruit? Or is it simply filling space?
    • What might God be inviting me to release?

    Wellness Compass

During this Circle we introduced the Wellness Compass, a simple reflection tool designed to help women recognise what is energising them, what is draining them, and where they may need to create more margin.

Rather than rushing into more action, the Wellness Compass encourages women to slow down, pray, and notice where God may be inviting them to prune, pause or persevere.
