    Welcome

This session is a pause. A moment to breathe, reflect, and gently realign.

This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about recognising who you are becoming as you walk with God.

Vision isn't hustle. Vision is direction.

    Session Overview

Instead of standing at the beginning of the year wishing forward, this exercise asks you to imagine yourself standing at the end of the year looking back.

    Rather than asking:

    • What should I do?
    • What goals should I set?

    Ask instead:

    • Who did I become?
    • What mattered most?
    • What did I learn to protect?
    • What did I release?

    This shifts us from:

    • striving to alignment
    • pressure to discernment
    • doing to becoming

    This is stewardship, not self-will.

    Reflection Exercise

Take your time. There is no right or wrong way to complete this. Finish the sentence below:

"As I sit on December 31, I realise this was the year I found her..."

If you're not sure where to begin, choose one or more prompts:

She learned to let go of...
    She protected...
    She trusted God with...
What mattered most this year was...
    She stopped carrying...
    She grew in...
    She chose peace over...

Write honestly. This reflection is for you.

    Anchor Your Vision

    When you've finished writing:

    1

    Read your reflection slowly.

    2

Circle one sentence that feels like identity rather than effort.

    3

Write that sentence as your Anchor Statement.

This sentence becomes your anchor for the year. Not something to chase. Something to return to.

    Optional AI Reflection

If you'd like help revisiting today's reflection later in the year, you can use the Finding Her AI Companion.

It isn't designed to tell you what to do. Instead, it helps you:

    • remember your reflection
    • recognise alignment
    • think through decisions when life becomes noisy

Many women simply photograph their journal page and upload it later. Use it as a mirror, not a measure.

Would the woman I'm becoming say yes to this?

Let this question guide your decisions gently.

    Interactive Workbook

Work through these prompts at your own pace.
