Why FoundHers began.
The Problem: Business can be incredibly isolating. We found ourselves attending networking events that felt transactional, or business groups that left our faith at the door. We needed a space where we could bring our whole selves—our ambitions, our struggles, and our faith.
The Vision: A community where women don't just exchange business cards, but exchange wisdom. A place where we grow as women before we grow our businesses, recognizing that our spiritual and personal health directly impacts our professional success.
The Future: We are building an ever-growing library of shared experiences. We believe that in a few years, FoundHers won't just be a series of meetings, but a rich repository of Christian wisdom for women in business—a place where pain becomes someone else's shortcut, and every lesson learned is passed on.

At FoundHers, we don't believe in the hustle culture that leaves women burnt out and disconnected from their families, their faith, and themselves.
Instead, we believe in stewardship. God has entrusted each of us with unique gifts, ideas, and opportunities. Our responsibility is to faithfully tend to those seeds without losing our peace in the process.
We gather because we know that we are stronger together. When one woman shares a lesson learned in the trenches of business, another woman is saved from walking that path alone.

Meet Sarah
I'm Sarah Saputra, the Founder of Belle Fever, a personalised jewellery brand, and the heart behind FoundHers Circle. With a deep passion for e-commerce, systems, AI automation, and faith-led entrepreneurship, I've experienced firsthand the unique pressures women face when building a business.
God placed a distinct burden on my heart: to see women in business truly supported, not just in their strategies, but in their souls. I realized that many of us were carrying wisdom, hard-won lessons, and deep faith, but we were carrying it alone. I wanted to create a table where we could all sit down, open our journals, and say, "Here is what God taught me this season. I hope it helps you."
FoundHers isn't about me. It's about us. It's about the collective wisdom of women who believe that our gifts are meant to be shared, and our businesses are meant to honor God.
